FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is parking available, and does it cost anything?
Yes. Our indoor garage has more than 1,200 spaces across three levels. The first two hours are free. After that, parking costs €2 per hour, up to a maximum of €12 per day. You can pay at the machines near the elevators or through the Placewise Promenade app.
2. Do you have electric vehicle charging?
Yes. We have 24 charging stations on parking level P1, near the main elevator. Charging is billed separately through the operator's app, and standard parking rates still apply.
3. How do I get there by public transport?
Bus lines 12, 18, and 44 stop right outside the main entrance at the "Promenade" stop. The nearest train station is about a 7-minute walk away, and the route is signposted.
4. Is the centre accessible for wheelchair users?
The whole centre is step-free. Every floor is reachable by elevator, and accessible toilets are on each level. Accessible parking spaces are located next to the elevators on every parking level. Free wheelchairs can be borrowed at the Customer Service desk on the ground floor.
5. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. The Placewise Promenade Gift Card is accepted in over 90 stores and restaurants. You can load it with any amount from €10 to €500. Gift cards can be bought at Customer Service or online, and they are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
6. What is the Promenade Club loyalty program?
Promenade Club is our free membership program. Members get exclusive offers from our stores, early access to events, and a birthday treat. You can sign up in the Placewise Promenade app or on our website in under a minute.
7. Are there facilities for families with small children?
Yes. Baby changing rooms and a nursing room are on the first floor next to the food court. Strollers can be borrowed free of charge at Customer Service. Our indoor play area, Promenade Playground, is open daily for children aged 2–8.
8. Can I bring my dog?
Dogs on a leash are welcome in the common areas. Individual stores decide their own pet policy, so look for the paw sticker at each store entrance. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the food court or the grocery store, with the exception of assistance dogs.
9. I lost something. What should I do?
Items found in the centre are handed in to Customer Service on the ground floor. We keep them for 30 days. You can visit us in person, call +00 123 456 789, or fill in the lost property form on our website.
10. Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes. Connect to the "Promenade-Guest" network and accept the terms of use. No password is needed.
